I am a wife and mom of two children, ages 10 and 13. My daughter is a gymnast, and my son enjoys baseball and football. We are an active family and enjoy hiking, biking, and watersports. Health and fitness became a passion of mine after losing my father at a young age. I also experienced some health concerns of my own after my daughter was born. I decided to use my personal motivators and knowledge to inspire others.
I am a busy wife and mother of two, ages 6 and 3. My family and I enjoy being active together and love our adventure walks. I’m definitely a foodie, and love to seek out recipes and put a healthy twist on them. Personal Training / Health Coaching became my career unexpectedly. My husband and I were in serious need of healthier habits. The positive impact these changes made on my family sparked a deep desire to support and motivate others.
